When getting your will done consider this.

There are many reasons you should have a will done. They include getting someone to take care of your children, someone to take care of your estate monies so your family can be properly looked after, and of course saving your family the additional cost of administration in court, if you didn’t have a will.

In addition to these concerns you should also ask yourself who will tend to your day-to-day affairs if you aren’t able to do this anymore for yourself? And who will make decisions about your medical care if you are in no position to make them?

We suggest that you also get along with your will an enduring power of attorney and an advanced health care directive. The ease the burden on your friends and family over these troublesome realities that many people face late in their lives.
